A nod to the bustling Paris of the 1960s, and to the work of painter and graphic artist Norman Ives, the Norman Hotel is a new luxury boutique hotel with 37 rooms and suites. Its sophisticated and warm atmosphere is an invitation to Parisians and travelers from all over the world to meet there and share moments of life.
On the catering side, the reference in Thai gastronomy, Cheffe Thiou, creates gourmet cuisine, full of delicacy. To extend the experience, the cocktail bar, whose menu is designed by Julien Quettier, is inspired by the restaurant’s Asian influences.
