In December 2004, the Groupe Bertrand – in collaboration with
Panzani – created a new family fast food concept by the name
of Viagio.
This is a pasta restaurant that offers an alternative to typical
fast food outlets by placing the emphasis on taste and nutrition.
Besides its quality taste, pasta is a healthy and balanced product,
containing very little fat and lots of carbohydrates.
Thanks to a unique cooking process, the pasta is served « al
dente » with generous, tasty sauces. Viagio also offers
a range of toasted sandwiches, salads and desserts.
