Its skills are presents in two fields :

The annual management of short-lived restoration corners in public areas (circuit du Mans…)
The organization of all the food supply during a cultural or sportive event, which could host until 500000 persons.

The approach of Concept Restauration is very global and goes from the logistic, to the costs management, through the human resources management.
