The Brasserie Printemps is a large, traditional brasserie,
redesigned by Didier Gomez.
All the warmth and friendliness of a large Parisian brasserie
is found here, sublimated by a magical, moving setting. The Printemps
Brasserie is located in the cupola of the Printemps Haussmann store
built in 1923.
As for the décor, the Printemps Brasserie was imagined as
representing a homage to Paris and its fashions.
There is a real dialogue between its typical Haussmann architecture
and the modernity of its furnishings and fittings.
As for the cuisine, Alain Cirelli’s menu offers quality French
dishes, updating traditional brasserie food with a touch of modernity.
