In February 2005, the Groupe Bertrand opened La Boulangerie de Papa in the heart of the Saint Michel quarter.

This is a traditional bakery where the emphasis is on quality: the quality of the premises, thanks to a décor reminiscent of bakeries in days of yore; the quality of products available, baked on site every day.

The Boulangerie de Papa is a reflection of bakeries as they used to be : rustic and friendly, made wholly from natural wood. There is also a tea room with a pretty terrace for sampling the products on site. A selection of fine grocery products are also on sale.
